Dreams Awake sits alone on a private mountaintop overlooking the Mulholland Scenic Corridor: sweeping canyon views, layered landscaping, and wide sightlines that hold golden light from morning to dusk.
Clean modern interiors open onto expansive outdoor environments: a saltwater pool and spa, elevated viewpoints, hillside gardens, and a detached studio. A full palette of looks within a single quiet property.

Alone on the promontory, nothing in frame but canyon.
Move from saltwater pool to chef’s kitchen to lantern-lit gardens without ever loading the truck. Every zone holds its own light, its own backdrop, its own mood.

The centerpiece: a saltwater pool and spa with mountain views, a wide concrete deck, teak loungers, and palms that read beautifully from every angle.

Open-concept living with high ceilings, large custom windows, and walls of glass that pull the canyon inside. Furniture moves; light stays.

A chef’s kitchen with La Cornue range, copper farmhouse sink, and oversized island, flowing into a dining room framed by floor-to-ceiling canyon views.

Soft boho interiors of leather poufs, macrame, and white-on-white textures, with a separate suite and private entrance that doubles as holding or wardrobe.

An elevated wooden deck with swim spa, pergola bar with string lights, and a wraparound sectional, with panoramic canyon views from sunrise to last light.

A classic gazebo perched over the canyon with wraparound mountain views: an instant interview frame, plus elevated viewpoints across the hillside.

Layered cactus and succulent gardens climb the hillside on railroad-tie steps, with a stone fire-pit nook tucked beneath lantern-hung oaks.

The hillside gardens glow with amber landscape lighting, torches flicker over the cactus beds, and the fire-pit nook under the oaks turns golden. Night exteriors, evening shoots, and magic-hour transitions all live here.
Sunset over the Mulholland Scenic Corridor is the daily main event, and the property faces it head on, setting the stage for any gathering that runs into dusk.
From sunrise wellness sessions to golden-hour cocktails, the estate hosts gatherings at any hour: small, intentional, and produced. Every event has a run-of-show, a host, and insurance.
Golden hour over the canyon, drinks on the spa deck, lanterns at dusk.
Meditation suite, garden paths, pool, and total canyon quiet for small groups.
Seven distinct backdrops for launches, content days, and press moments.
Intimate, slow-format gatherings in the gardens or the great room.
A property built to be photographed. Every corner is a set.
If your gathering has a producer’s touch, we should talk. If it’s a rager, we’re not your venue.

Four hours. Most productions book a full day; multi-day bookings get custom quotes, just ask.
Yes. All bookings require a certificate of insurance (COI) naming the property owner as additional insured. Standard production insurance or one-day event policies both work, and most crews already carry this.
Up to 100 attendees for productions and standing events, with seating for 60. Larger crews typically basecamp at King Gillette Ranch (7 minutes away) and shuttle in.
The long private driveway holds production trucks and runner cars on-site. An overflow carve-out an eighth of a mile down the road fits about 40 cars, and King Gillette Ranch handles 40-footers and 100+ crew with a short shuttle.
Yes. The elevated promontory and canyon sightlines are made for aerials. Licensed drone operators with standard FAA clearance are welcome.

The property is available around the clock, and overnight and golden-hour shoots are welcome. The canyon stays quiet and private; we just ask that amplified sound winds down late in the evening.
